1. Your Personal Warehouse Address & Order Setup (Address Formatting)

• Personal STORAGE Number: Upon registration, you will receive a unique personal identifier called your STORAGE Number.
• ★ CRITICAL STEP – Full Address Formatting: When shopping on Korean websites, enter our main warehouse address and make sure to append your STORAGE Number directly after your detailed address (building number/apartment unit).

  STORAGE Number Examples: YS000 or YS-000

2. My Account Dashboard: Easy Warehouse & Proxy Buying Management

SHIPTOYOU offers an intuitive, user-friendly dashboard under My Account to streamline package tracking and purchasing requests:

• Warehouse Tab (Real-Time Package & Storage Tracking):
  • View incoming packages in real time as soon as they reach our facility.
  • Upon initial arrival, you will be notified, and actual item photos, precise weight, and package details will be uploaded to your account.
  • Once inspected, items can be selected for Immediate Dispatch or put on Keep (Storage) to consolidate with future purchases. You can choose specific stored items whenever you request shipment.
• Proxy Buying Tab (Assisted Purchase Service):
  • If a Korean online seller does not accept foreign credit cards or requires local authentication, simply request purchase assistance via the Proxy Buying Tab.
  • Submit product links easily, track order processing, and seamlessly link purchased items directly into your warehouse inventory.
• 4-Month Storage Limit Policy:
  • The storage deadline for each item is displayed on the product details page in your Warehouse Tab.
  • Standard warehouse inventory storage is allowed for up to 4 months. Expired items are subject to order suspension or disposal by warehouse administrators. Please submit shipment requests within the storage timeframe.

3. Worldwide Shipping Methods & Parcel Limits

Choose from flexible, international logistics channels tailored to your budget and delivery speed requirements:

• Supported Shipping Options: EMS, EMS PREMIUM, AIRMAIL, SEA (Surface), and WITHIN KOREA Delivery.
• Maximum Weight Limit: Up to 20 kg per package.
• Service Updates: Shipping services may be temporarily suspended or delayed depending on destination country conditions (customs regulations, weather, emergencies). Customers will be notified promptly if disruptions occur.

4. Transparent Warehouse Fee & Handling Structure

Our fulfillment pricing is clear and competitive with no hidden fees:

• Base Processing Fee: US$ 3.00 per received package.
• Weight Handling Fee: Added to each package according to its weight tier.
• All-Inclusive Packing: All repacking, parcel protection, and package consolidation services are fully included in these fees.

5. Flexible Payment Methods & Currency Options

• Accepted Payment Gateways: PayPal, Western Union (WU), and Bank Wire (Wire Transfer).
• Currency Matching: Available payment methods depend on your selected payment currency.
