NEW SERVICE FEE AND CHARGE RATES (Per Parcel)
Welcome to our updated fee and charge policy! We have officially removed the old 9.5% surcharge! Now, enjoy a simple and transparent fee system based strictly on each individual parcel arriving at our warehouse. Your final service fee is calculated per incoming parcel (not per order) and is simply the sum of the Storage Fee and the Weight Handling Fee. (Note: If a seller splits your single order into multiple boxes, they will be processed and charged as individual parcels.)

We provide various shipping options tailored to your needs: EMS, EMS PREMIUM (FedEx), AirMail, Sea (Surface), and Official FedEx Agent. Estimated transit times by region are as follows:
- Southeast Asia: 3 ~ 7 business days (EMS / EMS PREMIUM) / 10 ~ 20 days (AirMail)
- North America: 3 ~ 5 business days (EMS / EMS PREMIUM) / 14 ~ 30 days (AirMail)
- Europe & Middle East: 4 ~ 8 business days (EMS / EMS PREMIUM) / 14 ~ 30 days (AirMail)
- South America: 5 ~ 10 business days (EMS / EMS PREMIUM) / 20 ~ 40 days (AirMail)
- Sea (Surface): Generally takes 50 ~ 70+ days worldwide.

Products containing lithium batteries can ONLY be shipped via our Official FedEx Agent. If dangerous goods processing documents or specific declaration forms are required for certain products, additional document fees and Out-of-Area (Remote Area) surcharges may apply.
These extra charges are strictly determined by your actual delivery address and will be updated once your exact address is confirmed. Please note: While you can check the arrival of your package at our warehouse, international shipping cannot proceed until your actual delivery address is fully provided and verified.
Storage fee : A flat fee of US$3.00 is applied per individual incoming package from Korean online shops (such as Gmarket, YES24, Weverse Shop, Coupang, or any other Korean retailers). This fee covers essential warehouse operations, including receiving your parcel, secure tracking barcoding, inventory logging, safety inspection, and allocating your unique locker Storage space.
• If 3 separate parcels arrive at your warehouse locker, your storage fee will be US$9.00 (3 X US$3.00).
• If 5 separate parcels arrive, your storage fee will be US$15.00 (5 X US$3.00).
Weight Handling fee : This is a tiered fee based strictly on the actual or volumetric weight (whichever is heavier) of the package. It covers detailed item verification, content photo services, protective repackaging (bubble wraps, tapping, and fillers), and the specialized labor required to handle heavier items safely. To save you money on international shipping, our warehouse team always strives to repack your items into the most compact box possible to minimize dimensional weight.
Your final service fee for any package is easily calculated by adding the two fees together: [Storage Fee] + [Weight Handling Fee].
• Example 1 (Light Weight): If you have a 1.5kg package of K-pop cosmetics, your fee will be: US$3.00 (Storage) + US$4.00 (Handling) = US$7.00 Total.
• Example 2 (Heavy Weight): If you have a 12.5kg package of heavy automotive parts, your fee will be: US$3.00 (Storage) + US$18.00 (Handling) = US$21.00 Total.
[Other Fee and Charge Policy]
Warehouse fee: Basically, 120days(about 4 months) from arrival your first parcel to payment for shipment. In case of passed the period shall be disposed of within 48 hours after notifying the owner of the cargo subject to disposal through member information e-mail ( It doesn't matter if an e-mail about the notification was sent or not. )
Shipping will be made within 24 hours after your payment cleared in business day ( if payment for shipment made Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, shipment will be made on the earliest business day)
Packing fee : All free, such as box, tapping, Bubble bags and other protective fillers for prevent damage.
Return fee : All shipment methods are dispatched on the condition of all risk owned by Buyer.
All risk : Missing, Return of importation prohibited, Unknown, Refused, Gone away, Unclaimed of buyer side with import Taxes (SHIPTOYOU.KR is not responsible for the shopping goods, items, merchandise which chosen by customers and any taxes,or other fees that may be imposed by import county when your order reaches). Return fee will be charged to buyer in case of return of FedEX, AirMail, SEA delivery, due to the All risk above,so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.
