International Shipping Service Updates – SHIPTOYOU Korean Warehouse

International Shipping Service Updates

Latest announcements from SHIPTOYOU Korean Warehouse Service for overseas customers.

1. Resumption of International Mail to Saudi Arabia

  • Effective Date: April 29, 2026 (Wednesday) 09:00 KST
  • Scope: All international airmail items (EMS Premium already in operation)
  • Details: Transport routes consolidated to Riyadh Exchange Office. Due to cargo congestion at overseas transit hubs, delivery to Saudi Arabia may take over 2 weeks. Updates will be provided once delays are resolved.

2. Shipping Delays to South Africa

  • Period: Until further notice (expected resolution early May 2026)
  • Scope: All international airmail items (EMS Premium excluded, operating via separate flights)
  • Reason: Increased passenger baggage and limited cargo space have caused mail loading congestion.

3. Delay Resolution for Singapore Shipments

  • Period: Until further notice (delay notice removed)
  • Scope: All international airmail items except EMS Premium
  • Details: Previous delays caused by cargo space shortages have been resolved. Airlines have expanded cargo capacity, eliminating shipment backlogs. Customers can expect normal delivery times for Singapore-bound shipments.

✅ Customer Guidance

SHIPTOYOU continues to monitor global logistics conditions to ensure reliable international shipping from our Korean warehouse. While EMS Premium remains unaffected in most cases, standard airmail services may experience temporary delays depending on destination and airline capacity.
