  • Multiple Sellers: Please create separate Requests for products from different sellers/shops.
  • Exclusive Korean Market: We only handle products sold within South Korea (No international/overseas direct items).

2. Partial Cancellations & Refund Policy

If you order multiple items and some become unavailable, the remaining items will proceed normally.

★ Refund Process: The cost for out-of-stock items will be refunded to your account balance once the available items arrive at our warehouse.

3. Pricing & Approval Flow

• Final Quote: Small variations may occur due to currency fluctuations at the exact time of transaction.

• Admin Adjustment: Domestic shipping fees or incorrect prices will be corrected by our staff during review.
