INCURRED DEPENDING ON SITUATION IN KOREAN WAREHOUSE

Korean warehouse fee:
All packages are kept for up to 4 months(120 days) from the day after the first packages arrives in same storage.
Reasons for the storage period of SHIPTOYOU's Korean warehouse and personal storage:
Space Management: Korean warehouses have limited space, so items that have been stored for a long time need to be processed periodically to make room for new items for other customers.
Cost Reduction: Long-term storage of items increases warehouse maintenance costs, so additional storage fees may be charged or items may be processed after a certain period.
Safety and Security: Items stored for a long time are more likely to be damaged or lost, so it is important to process them within the specified period to prevent this.
Operational Efficiency: Systematic management of incoming and outgoing items is necessary for efficient warehouse operations. Therefore, items that have passed a certain period are processed to maintain overall smooth operation.
For these reasons, SHIPTOYOU sets a certain storage period to promote the efficient operation of Korean warehouses and personal storage spaces
Packages that have passed the period shall be disposed of within 48 hours after notifying the owner of the cargo subject to disposal through member information e-mail ( It doesn't matter if an e-mail about the notification was sent or not. )
so, we recommend you to ship out within one month, You can check your each parcel arrival date at the your storage inbound date.
Shipping will be made within 24 hours after your payment cleared in business day (if payment for shipment made Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, shipment will be made on the earliest business day)
Packing fee : All free, such as box, tapping, Bubble bags and other protective fillers for prevent damage.
Return fee :
All shipment methods are dispatched on the condition of all risk owned by Buyer.
All risk : Missing, Return of importation prohibited, Unknown, Refused, Gone away, Unclaimed of buyer side with import Taxes (SHIPTOYOU is not responsible for the shopping goods, items, merchandise which chosen by customers and any taxes,or other fees that may be imposed by import county when your order reaches)
Return fee will be charged to buyer in case of return of FedEX, AirMail, SEA delivery, due to the All risk above,so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.
EMS Premium(UPS)- Especially expensive in case of return for Air Courier Carrier such as UPS, DHL, TNT etc..., it will be charged for secure return, other wise, it will be discarded by customs or Air Courier Carrier company.
Re-Shipping fee: It will be considered as new order. (same price previous shipment).
Korea Local Delivery-(If you are in Korea or will be): SHIPTOYOU is very helpful if you need a place to store the product for a while because you are planning to travel to Korea recently.
We, SHIPTOYOU, keep your product and items in your storage that you applied for and ship it to your location by Korean Post office.
