Your personal Storage number at the SHIPTOYOU warehouse is provided when you sign up, along with your free Korean address. You can check both in your My Account page. Once your first package arrives at the warehouse, your storage number will be activated. After activation, you’ll be able to view your items, check pickup status, and manage your order details.
Personal Storage number should be marked with detail address, 104동 302호 [ Storage number] so that, we can sort the packages and update status each storage under storage name. We provide limited storage to provide the best service to customers who use our services.
The storage number consists of a total of English letters and numbers, and once given, the unique storage number is permanently available for the customer and used on behalf of the customer's name
