Important Notice: International Shipping to the United States

Dear Customers,
We would like to inform you that due to issues with local carrier arrangements in the United States, international shipping services from Korea to the U.S. via EMS, AIRMAIL, SEA are temporarily unavailable.
At this time, only EMS Premium service is available for shipments to the United States.
This suspension has been announced by Korea Post, and services will remain unavailable until further notice. Once Korea Post resumes operations, standard services such as EMS, AIRMAIL, and SEA will again be available.

As of January 2026, EMS and AIRMAIL are available; however, for shipments under USD 800, customs duties and value-added tax must be prepaid to customs before delivery. These charges are billed separately from shipping fees and must be settled prior to shipment.

• Shipments to the U.S. can currently be sent only via EMS Premium.

• Service resumption will be announced by Korea Post, and we will update customers accordingly.
