- Unidentified Packages: We cannot identify which package belongs to you and shipping cost without delivery address.
- Strict Carrier Rules: FedEx, Airmail, EMS, Sea and EMS Premium will reject shipments without a valid receiver's address and phone number.
- Immediate Delays: Your items will be put on "Infinite Hold" until a valid address is provided.
2. SHIPTOYOU Zero-Liability Policy
By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that SHIPTOYOU is NOT responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect or missing address/phone information.
- Storage fees incurred while waiting for your address update.
- Any shipping failures caused by using a "placeholder" or "fake" address.
