2. GET YOUR Korean warehouse ADDRESS
Once registered, your personal Storage number is assigned. Use this for all orders.
3. PROCEED
Make your orders yourself and use the following address in your account information at the shops:

4. CHECK YOUR STORAGE
When your parcel arrives, it is classified by your storage number. We upload photos and weight details to your account.
STORAGE FEE: US$3.00 per parcel (based on each tracking number).
STORAGE: Your own storage number.
REFERENCE: Customer Name.
SHIPPING TO: Delivery country.
STORAGE DATE: Basically 4 months. Packages exceeding this period will be disposed of within 48 hours after notification.
LOCAL TRACKING NO.: Korean local delivery number provided by the seller.
CONTENTS: We remove the delivered box, check inside, and upload a picture.
WEIGHT (Shipping costs): Heavier one between Net Weight and Volume Weight.
5. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay via Western Union, TransferWise, MoneyGram, or PayPal. We recommend Bank wire or WesternUnion for the fastest processing.

6. SHIPMENT
Shipping starts after payment is confirmed. We charge based on the heavier weight between Actual and Volumetric weight.
- EMS Premium (FedEx): 3-6 business days.
- Official Fedex Agent: 3-6 business days.
- EMS: 4-7 business days.
- AIRMAIL: 9-14 business days.
- Sea (Surface): 50-70+ days.
Return & Re-shipping: Return shipping is handled by your local customs. Re-shipping is available for all methods.
7. SERVICE CHARGE RATES
Total Service Fee = Shipping fee + Weight Handling fee + Storage fee (US$3.00 / per parcel)
• Policy Update: Our fee system is simple and transparent, based strictly on each individual parcel arriving at our warehouse.
• Calculation Method: Your final service fee is calculated per incoming parcel, not per order. Note: If a seller splits your single order into multiple boxes, each will be processed and charged as an individual parcel.
• Shipping Fee: Please refer to the SHIPPING RATE Page or Shipping calculator. International shipping carriers determine costs based on the "Chargeable Weight" (the higher value between Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight).
