Refund and Balance Policy
Partial Out‑of‑Stock Orders : If some of the items you ordered are out of stock, the amount for those unavailable items will first be applied to cover the shipping fee. Any remaining balance will refund.
Complete Out‑of‑Stock Orders : If all items in your order are out of stock, the full amount will refund.

When an order is successfully placed, the product will be shipped to the Shiptoyou warehouse. After inspection upon arrival, it will be stored in your storage locker, and you will be notified. At that time, your storage locker will be activated.

SHIPTOYOUは、荷物が到着するたびに荷物を開けて写真情報を取得し、重量と体積を測定して、料金と情報を更新します。利用可能な配送方法（EMS、EMSプレミアム（UPS）、エアメールなど）を確認して選択し、配送先への支払いを行うことができます。
配送料金と方法
EMSプレミアム（UPS）: 通常3〜5営業日（個人用パッケージを受け入れない国あり - ロシア）。各国の予期しない政策により、遅れる場合があります。
EMS: 通常3〜7営業日ですが、現在COVID-19の影響でほとんどの国で遅延が発生する可能性があります（現在5〜12営業日ですが、国の状況によります）。
エアメール: 9〜14営業日（COVID-19の影響で一部の国で利用不可）。配達可能な場合は15〜20営業日ですが、国の状況によります。
サーフェス（SEA）: 通常50〜70日ですが、COVID-19とコンテナ不足によりほとんどの国でさらに1〜2か月遅れる可能性があります。
配送問題:
アウトバウンド配送（SHIPTOYOU韓国倉庫からあなたの国または所在地まで）
訂正された配送先住所: 配送先住所が間違っている場合、特に郵便番号や都市名が間違っている場合、他の地域に送られる可能性が高く、住所が訂正されても配送先住所に配達されるまでに長時間かかることがあります。ほとんどの国では、住所を訂正または変更することは容易ではなく、特に米国では配送先住所を変更することは不可能です。したがって、配送先住所、特に郵便番号を確認することが非常に重要です。
全リスク: すべての配送方法は、購入者がすべてのリスクを負う条件で発送されます。紛失、輸入禁止による返品、不明、拒否、消失、買い手側の未請求、輸入税（Fashion-Koreaは、顧客が選択した商品、アイテム、商品およびそれらが到着したときに輸入国によって課される税金またはその他の料金について責任を負いません）。
返品手数料: EMSプレミアム（UPS）、エアメール、SAR、SEA配送の返品の場合、上記のすべてのリスクにより買い手に請求されます。したがって、配送先住所と国の関税政策を慎重に確認してください。
EMSプレミアム（UPS）: UPS、DHL、TNTなどの空輸宅配便会社の場合、特に返品の場合に高額です。返品送料（あなたの国から韓国への）はすべての配送方法で課金されるか、あなたの関税当局によって放棄されます。
再配送: すべての配送方法の料金 - 再配送方法を変更/切り替えて、再配送の支払いを行うことができます。荷物が税関によって返品された場合、再配送を希望する場合は再配送料金が発生します。
