We are sorry, we had have some problem but, they are all solved and changed some of process  as below

1. Change proceed way to Storage.

We adjusted easier and simpler way than previous method in a way that is beneficial to the customer

Check your storage and we will upload your parcel/ packages photo and details, it will be updated whenever your package arrives.
All arrival parcels are classified and stored according to each storage number by us, when your parcel(s) arrives at your storage, a photo of the contents and a simple information (weight, shipping cost) of the parcel will be updated in your storage, You can find your storage put your storage number on the search bar at the top of this website or a link to the storage URL to check it will be sent to your email by warehouse.
All available shipping methods and rates ( included handling fee) easily seen in front so that you can check and proceed order quickly, Storage page is considered as one Box for shipping to you, so, Your can check how many packed boxes you will have.

2. Change period of storage packages in the warehouse

All packages are kept for up to 4 months from the day after the first packages arrives in same storage
Packages that have passed the period shall be disposed of within 48 hours after notifying the owner of the cargo subject to disposal through member information e-mail ( It doesn't matter if an e-mail about the notification was sent or not. )
- Some of items are pre_order, basically 2~3 months, we accept this period and if you have any longer pre_order items, Please mention it in advance.

3. The maximum weight of the Box for delivery is fixed by 20kg,
